Bio Sketch

Anna Maris is a Swedish haiku poet. Her bi-lingual poetry collection Lifedeathetc/Livdödetc (2016) is published by Red Moon Press.   1. The emotionally resonant juxtaposition of "winter solstice" (the longest night of the year) and "commuters stand[ing] still" (and not talking with each other)effectively convey the tone and mood pf the poem
