Bio Sketch

Originally from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, kjmunro moved to the Yukon Territory in 1991. She is Membership Secretary for Haiku Canada and  an Associate Member of the League of Canadian Poets. She founded "solstice haiku," a monthly haiku discussion group, in 2014, and has a leaflet with Leaf Press.

  1. L1 sets the scene and seasonal context while allusive and symbolically rich Ls 2&3 enhance the thematic and emotional significance of the haiku.
