  1. This tanka is the allusive and hyperbolic rendering of a relationship breakup, and I'm impressed by Joanne's playful yoking together of a goodbye note (,which is replete with spelling mistakes) with the speaker's "big, fat" tears of "happiness" (as in "My Big Fat Greek Wedding")
