Bio Sketch

Larry Kimmel lives quietly in the hills of western Massachusetts.  His most recent books  are shards and dust (cherita), outer edges (tanka) and thunder and apple blossoms (haiku).

  1. There are a lovely sound and rhythm in Ls 1-3, and the “whispery hush” in L2 gives texture and tone.

    In Ls 4&5, there is a gentle, surprising emotional turn that ties the natural image to intimacy and longing.
