Bio Sketch

L1 effectively establishes the theme while the turn the poem takes in Ls 2&3 adds emotional weight and psychological depth to the poem, reminding us that the “best interests of the child” should be the legal test of a custody dispute. On a second reading, the image of fallen blossoms carries symbolic significance.
