Tom Freeland resides in Edmonton, Alberta. He is an avid distance runner and photographer who writes free verse, limericks and haiku but has concentrated on tanka these past five years.
Combined with the cinematic technique of an extreme closeup, Tom's use of metonymy is emotionally seductive and visually appealing.
