  1. Thematically, emotionally, and visually speaking, as a concrete form, John's one-line haiku works effectively, and juxtaposed with the symbolic rich and visually poignant phrase, "stuckintraffic," the opening words,"therestofmylife" reveals the speaker's existential angst.
