Bio Sketch

Jill Lange’s poetry reflects her lifetime love of nature, a deep sense of social justice, and a  diverse employment background including art and design, environmental education,and immigration law.  Currently, she is focusing on short verse, haiku, senryu and tanka.

  1. L1 sets the scene while Ls 2&3 spark the reader's reflection on the relationship between life and root/route. Jill's fine haiku reminds me of one of my haiku on a similar topic:

    southbound geese ...
    I left home
    to find home
