Bio Sketch
Veronika Zora Novak resides in Toronto, Canada. She studied Medical Office Administration at George Brown College and graduated with honours in 1999. She has been writing haiku and tanka since 2012 and has been published in acclaimed journals such as Under the Bashõ, Chrysathemum, Failed Haiku, Hedgerow, Prune Juice, Bleached Butterfly and many others.
L1 sets the theme while enhanced by the evocative image of the body curled up in L2, the aural shift in L3 effectively conveys a melancholic sentiment.
