Bio Sketch
Maria Concetta Conti lives in Catania, where she graduated with a philosophy degree. She teaches Italian literature in a secondary school. Her work has appeared in Otata, Autumn Moon, Haikuniverse, Human Kind Journal, Harusame, Femkumag, World Haiku Review, and many other print and online journals.
There are at least two types of relationships between Ls 1&2 and L3:

2. A simile between Ls 1&2 and L3: elevating the chirping sound of crickets to a spiritual level, which reveals the speaker's religiosity/sense of oneness with nature.
