Commentary: We live in a media and technology saturated society where 24/7 (live streaming) "news" is constantly "breaking." Enhanced by the use of pivotal L2, the haiku likens the ever-changing news/L1 to a spring breeze/L3 that constantly outpaces the speaker. The difference is that the news in the newspaper is always outdated (which is indicated in L1), whereas a spring breeze can bring renewal and change.
