on the driveway
all hopscotch squares
except one
fill with crimson leaves ...
for sale sign askew
Added:
a dollhouse
at the rain-streaked window ...
foreclosure sign
Added:
roof cobwebs
threaded with rosary beads —
foreclosed house in mist
Added:
somewhere, someone
shadowing me through twilight
faint buzz overhead
Added:
distant sirens ...
from one dream to another
no blinking exit
