Angelee
Deodhar of Chandigarh (India) is an eye surgeon by profession as well
as a haiku poet, translator, and artist. Her haiku/haiga have been
published internationally .She does not maintain her own website.To
promote haiku in India, she has translated six books of haiku from
English to Hindi.
L1 effectively sets the theme for the poem while in Ls 2&3, there are two shifts, visual and emotional, that leave much more mental space for the reader's reflection.

There is a surreal and sad quality to this, as if after death one is still observing the uninterrupted cycles of stars rising and snowfalls. The event of one's death does not even register!
