Bio Sketch

Joanne Morcom is a poet and social worker living in Calgary, Alberta.  She recently published her third poetry collection, Last Year's Leaves.  She's also a contributor to various haiku and tanka journals and anthologies.

  1. Joanne's tanka effectively creates, line by line, cumulative impacts of life sharing (first nothing, then something, and eventually everything) through the technique of repetition.
