Bio Sketch
Maria
Tomczak lives in Opole, Poland. She enjoys writing haiku, poems and
short stories. As a mother she also writes fairy tales for her son. She
is interested in Japanese culture and poetry, especially haiku and
related forms.
Combined with the zoom-in technique, the thematically and emotionally resonant juxtaposition lifts the poem out of the ordinary.
ReplyDeleteEvaluated in the context of Buddhism, the zen garden is built to intimate essence of nature and serve as an aid to meditation about the true meaning of life. Generally speaking, the rocks (big stones) are arranged in a special way to help visitors to ponder on the meaning of life.
