Nicholas Klacsanzky is a haiku and tanka poet from Kyiv, Ukraine. His work has been published in The Mainichi, Modern Haiku, Frogpond, Mayfly, including other publications. He was awarded the Touchstone Award for Individual Poems by the Haiku Foundation in 2017, among other awards.
Thematically speaking, the juxtaposition of the visually appealing and emotionally ambiguous mist-covered mountain peak and a rhetorical question works effectively. (And the answer depends on one's reading of this symbolically rich image of the mist-covered (not snow-covered) mountain peak.
