Bio Sketch
Mary Gunn has been writing haiku, tanka and cherita for several years. Her tanka has appeared in a variety of publications, both online and in print, including Eucalypt, Blithe Spirit, Presence, Moonbathing, Atlas Poetica, Cattails and Poetry Quarterly.
Forget-me-nots are one of the few plants that can boast a true blue color, (same as/enhanced by that of the ceramic pot in L2), symbolizing fidelity. The question raised in Ls 3-5 shows something important about the speaker's personality/character.
