Bio Sketch
Brad Bennett has published two collections of haiku with Red Moon Press. a drop of pond (2016) won a Touchstone Distinguished Book Award from the Haiku Foundation, and a turn in the river (2019) was shortlisted for a Touchstone Award. Brad has taught haiku to children and adults for over twenty years.
Enhanced by the use of hyperbole (L2), the jux. of visually evocative and symbolically rich "off-trail" and numerous woodpeckers shows the real/untamed natural world off the trail/the well-worn path.
