Rielly is a professor emeritus and former director of the Writing and Publishing program at Saint Joseph's College of Maine.  He is the author or editor of approximately thirty books, most recently, Answers Instead (recipient of the Mildred Kanterman Memorial Award from the Haiku Society of America).
