  1. The thematically resonant juxtaposition of "past quarrels" and "parrot talk" effectively enhances the "hai" aspect of the poem.

  2. I've read many of Sambangi's haiku entries and this achievement does not surprise me, he is a stand alone haijin with his writing and only gets better as he continues his haiku. The haiku entry here the parrot is just like my wife always saying the same things to me, annoying but she's my wife.
