Bio Sketch
Kishor Matte is new to short form poetry. He hasn't published anything yet except one poem in Jar of Stars. Some of his poems were posted on Twitter. He also writes short poems in both Hindi and Marathi.
The contrasts (nature scene vs mindscape; visible water droplets vs invisible nerve cells...), the effective use of enjambment, and the unexpected and yet powerfully imaginative/creative last line lift this gendai haiku up a notch
